Society is becoming increasingly dynamic with economic and social
development demands, business development, and technology. The challenge for the business management discipline is to develop
innovative management models, strategic approaches, and implementation tools and techniques to deal with human development
and increase the value of industry. The traditional approach to human development
has created the foundation for further growth in the industry towards an integrated management approach in business management,
knowledge management and project management, between private and public sectors.
The rising trend of bisectoral integration between the private and public sectors is an efficient and effective way
of dealing with the human development industry. Increasingly, as a response to technological changes and society’s demands,
the approach to manage the dynamic society (change) and human development requires the horizontal approach to management and
the vertical approach for new ideas. Societal needs and economic constraints and the need for managing scarce resources is
evidence that integration management will be an increasingly effective method of approach in maximizing the minimum
and leveling off abundance in managing human development, domestically and internationally.
